Offering a variety of fresh bread and pizza baked daily in their massive brick oven, Scratch Bakery is a unique eatery unlike any other. The menu changes week to week and usually consists of your choice between two types of pizza crusts, two sauces, and a wide selection of freshly selected toppings. The atmosphere is laid back with a hippyish feel to it and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly about all the products that they offer. With seating indoors and out, there is always plenty of places to park yourself and friends while hanging out and enjoying some delicious tasting food over great conversation. The only gripe I have against Scratch is the slow service and speed of which they actually prepare their food, but the taste definitely makes up for that. Overall Scratch Bakery offers one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted and they earn a 8 out of 10 in my book.
