Located in the old Ryan's building across from Wal-Mart, Sentosa Chinese restaurant offers a variety of American style themed buffet bars loaded to the gills with food that is colorful and well presented, but somehow all tastes the same. The interior is colorful and full of shiny distracting chandeliers and several waitresses just wandering from table to table giving a sense of urgency to eat fast and get out so they can fill your seat with another. The food is decent and the price is amazingly cheap since they're in a price war with Ming's Chinese restaurant across town to see who can offer the lowest rates and run the other out of business. There's always plenty of seating for quick dinners and overall its a good place to get a lot of food cheaply for several people and the service is acceptable. They get a 7 out of 10 in my book.
